Un pétrolier touché au large des côtes indiennes par un drone iranien, selon les États-Unis

Un chimiquier a été touché samedi par un drone lancé depuis l’Iran dans l’océan Indien, a indiqué l’armée américaine.

Le Pentagone a indiqué que le navire Chem Pluto avait été heurté “à 200 milles marins (370 km) des côtes indiennes” à 10h00 heure locale (06h00 GMT).

Un incendie à bord du navire a été éteint. Il n’y a pas eu de victimes.

L’Iran n’a pas fait de commentaire. Il y a eu récemment une série d’attaques de drones et de roquettes contre des navires dans la mer Rouge par les rebelles Houthis soutenus par l’Iran au Yémen.
