The Health Care Service Data Reporting Guide Committee (HCSDR Guide Committee) coordinates and facilitates the maintenance of an implementation guide for reporting health care service data.
The NHIN Committee fosters awareness, partnerships and collaboration at the local, state and national levels in the development of the regional health information exchanges.
The Privacy, Security & Data Exchange Committee focuses on addressing patient privacy and security issues in health information exchanges for public health and health services research purposes.
The Communications & Outreach Committee develops strategies to market and disseminate the Consortium's activities and products through various means and focused outreach in the public health and healthcare community.
The Professional Education Committee is responsible for the development of educational forums on public health informatics and health information technology standards for public health and healthcare workforce. The Committee maintains the PHDSC Web-based Resource Center of educational modules on public health and health information technology applications.
